EvasCollection.com Fused Glass Jewelry & Accessories ABOUT THE ARTIST While living in Barcelona, I was enchanted by the unique mosaic glass art of Gaudi and other Spanish artists that fill the streets and capture the beauty of Barcelona. In speaking with local artistisans, I was inspired to take classes and learn their ancient craft. I have always had an eye for color and design, so when I returned home to New York, I began working with glass and metals to create my own jewelry.
Creating
fashion jewelry has become an extension of myself, and with
determination and continuous experimentation, I have
established my own style. Using transparent, matte, and dichroic
glasses, mixing various metals such as copper and silver within the layers
of glass, I create dramatic effects that
are a signature of my style. The
various materials I use give me an endless source of possibilities. Each
piece I design is unique and reflects different sides of my heart,
soul and
passions.
