Day 1 New York - Lisbon
Our pilgrimage begins as we leave New York’s, JFK Airport for an overnight flight to Lisbon.  Dinner and breakfast are served on board.

Day 2 Lisbon - Santarem - Fatima
After an orientation drive through Lisbon, we drive to the town of Santarem, one of the oldest cities in the world.  We will walk through the narrow streets to the Church of St Stephen, containing the oldest recorded Eucharistic miracle.  Behold the 750 year old Holy Miracle of Santarem, a relic of the Bleeding Host. Stolen by a woman in payment to a sorcerer, the host begin to emit a brilliant beam of light and began to profusely bleed.  Reverently returned to the church of St Stephen, this miracle has been on continuous display since 1269.   In the early afternoon, we drive to nearby Fatima, the location of the Blessed Mother who appeared in 1917 to three simple shepherd children and exhorted mankind to pray for world peace.  After settling into your hotel, you may participate in the candlelight procession or relax.  Dinner and overnight

Days 3 & 4 Fatima
After breakfast, we will celebrate morning Mass at the Little Chapel of the Apparitions.  We will tour Fatima and see the Basilica, site of Francesco's and Jacinta's graves; the Hamlet of Aljustrel, where the children lived; and Valinhos, the site of Our Lady's appearance after the children's return from prison.  Follow the Stations of the Cross along the Via Sacra (The Sacred Way) was built by Hungarian refugees and culminates in the Chapel of Calvary which overlooks all of Fatima. Join pilgrims from around the world in an evening candlelight procession to pray the rosary.  Don’t forget your white handkerchief for the Adeus farewell, when thousands of pilgrims wave a loving farewell to the statue of Our Lady of the Rosary.  Dinner and overnight in Fatima.

Day 5 Fatima - Trujillo - Madrid

Breakfast then we motor across rural Portugal into Spain.  We stop in the charming city of Trujillo, the birthplace of Pizarro, to visit its magnificent Plaza.  Then onto the capitol city of Madrid.  Evening at leisure to stroll along the cobblestone streets or relax at a sidewalk cafe before dinner and overnight.

Day 6 Madrid/ Excursion to Toledo
Breakfast the we begin our guided tour of the picturesque Spanish capital.   We’ll see panoramic views of acacia-lined broad avenues, the old quarters, Puerta del Sol, Retiro Park, and Plaza de Espana. Our morning concludes with a visit to the Royal Palace, a treasure-house of tapestries, porcelain clocks, and other masterpieces. Afternoon excursion to historic Imperial city of Toledo, a perfectly preserved medieval city blending of Roman, Moorish, and Christian architecture.  The former capitol of Spain, Toledo is often called a living museum, perched high above the Tagus River. Highlights include the 13th-century cathedral, St Thomas Church, El Greco's House, and one of the damascene metal workshops.  Dinner and overnight in splendid Madrid. 

Day 7 Madrid -  Avila - Segovia - Burgos
Breakfast then we drive to Avila, where you will experience 16th century Spain.  The authentic medieval atmosphere has changed very little since the days of St Teresa, to whom the city is dedicated. St Teresa, a great mystic, was the first woman to be named a Doctor of the Church.  We visit the Cathedral which house many of her relics, the monument marking her birthplace, and the Carmelite Convent where her miraculously pierced heart rests in a glass reliquary. Later we drive to Segovia. a charming city that possesses a multitude of important historical monuments.  We will visit the magnificent Lady of the Cathedrals church and renown Roman aqueduct. Continuing through Spain we head to Burgos, famous for its splendid Gothic cathedral.  The Basilica of Burgos is one of the largest and most majestic in all of Europe. Dinner and overnight in Burgos.

Day 8 Burgos - Lourdes
After breakfast we leave Spain.  You will marvel at the scenery as we motor through Pyrenees Mountains.  Standing between the spectacular mountain river, Gave de Pau, stands picturesque Lourdes. The birthplace of St Bernadette to whom Our Lady appeared in 1858 near the Grotto of Massabielle.  Settle into your hotel and celebrate Mass at the famous Grotto.  Later, our guided tour of Lourdes includes the sanctuary; the Basilica of St Pius X, the world's largest underground church; and the baths where hundreds of miraculous cures have taken place, and participate in nightly candlelight processions.  Dinner and overnight in Lourdes.

Days 9 to 11 Lourdes
During your stay in Lourdes you will have a chance to celebrate daily Mass at the Grotto, enjoy a video presentation telling the story of Lourdes, and walk in the footsteps of St Bernadette.  See  the Boly Mill where St. Bernadette was born, view the “Cachot” an abandoned prison where Bernadette’s impoverished family lived in humility.  Join your prayers with pilgrims from around the world as you pray for the sick, drink water from the miraculous spring the Virgin directed Bernadette to locate at the base of the grotto which has flowed uninterrupted since 1858.  Submerge yourself at the Baths which claim thousands of healings. Experience Christ’s love as you walk the life-size Stations of the Cross overlooking the holy Grotto.  Kneel in the chapel built on the very rock of the Grotto, in obedience to the request of the “Immaculate Conception”.  Contemplate Christ’s Passion as you pray the unique 3-dimensional Stations of the Cross; attend the blessing of the sick, and participate in nightly candlelight processions requested by Our Lady.   Time for private devotions before dinner and overnight.

Day 12 Lourdes - USA
After breakfast we depart via Paris airport for return flight to the USA.

Day 12 Lourdes - Paris
After breakfast we take a short flight to Paris and settle into our hotel.  In the afternoon we will enjoy a guided tour of this beautiful city, celebrating Mass at the majestic Notre Dame Cathedral, the Champs Elysees, L’Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Church of the Sacre Coeur and the Church of St Vincent De Paul.  Dinner and overnight in the most spectacular city on earth.

Day 13 Paris / Excursion to Nevers
Depart by motor coach for Nevers by way of the picturesque Loire Valley. St Bernadette lived for 12 years as part of the congregation of the Sister of Nevers, after taking the veil in 1867.  Throughout her life she suffered from and eventually died from asthma, at the age of 35.  Behold St. Bernadette’s incorrupt body at the convent of St Gildard, miraculously preserved since her death in 1879.  Dinner and return to the hotel in Paris.

Day 14 Paris / Excursion to Lisieux
After breakfast we travel northwest by motor coach to the town of Lisieux, the home of St Therese whom Pope Pius X called "the Greatest Saint of Modern Times.”   Her extraordinary love for God and service to humanity comes alive as you visit the Basilica Cathedral of St Peter, and Les Buissonets, her family home.  On display are relics, clothing and personal objects belonging to the "Little Flower."  View the statute depicting the Virgin Mary who smiled at St Therese during an ecstasy before curing her illness.  Combine your prayers in the Carmel Chapel with the Carmelite sisters, just as St Therese did before her death in 1897.  Return to Paris for dinner and overnight.

Day 15 Paris - USA
Breakfast, then travel to the Shrine of the Miraculous Medal to celebrate Mass.  View the incorrupt body of St Catherine Labouret whose guardian angel led her to the chapel where the Blessed Virgin displayed a vision of the miraculous medal and later the green scapular.  The Virgin promised bountiful graces for all who wear these. Transfer to the airport, filled with treasured memories for your return flight to the United States.
